PATIENT ENGAGEMENT MANAGER

Laura joined the medical world and Opus in 2021 after spending 16 years in the travel industry where she honed her listening and communication skills, learnt the importance of a focus on attention to detail and developed a passion for delivering a great customer experience.

After starting in the Accounts Team, Laura become Practice Manager in 2022. She is responsible for ensuring that Opus patients receive the highest level of service throughout their journey with us, whether they attend the clinic just once or multiple times. Laura is forever striving to make improvements to the back-office processes, making sure patients get the service they deserve alongside the amazing healthcare they will be provided with by our team of experts. She is the backbone for all the clinicians within Opus, ensuring every day runs as smooth as it can.
