Bart Hudson-Gill is an experienced physiotherapist and strength & conditioning coach with a career spanning private practice and professional sport. His work in a FIFA Rehabilitation Centre of Excellence provided exposure to elite football rehabilitation, shaping his expertise in injury recovery, prevention, and return to performance.

As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Bart combines his physiotherapy expertise with strength and conditioning principles to help clients build resilience, improve physical performance, and reduce the risk of injury. He takes a personalised approach to treatment and rehabilitation, working with both athletes and active individuals to support their long-term health, performance, and participation in the activities they enjoy.

Whether recovering from injury, returning to sport, or looking to improve strength and performance, Bart focuses on developing the physical capacity and confidence needed to perform at your best.
