BODY OPTIMISATION

Transforming your body through strategic interventions

Body optimisation with Opus has been engineered to achieve transformative peak physical health without compromising lifestyle. Our tailored packages allow you to fully address any concerns you may have about your body condition under the expert guidance of Dr David Porter and our team. We utilise the latest pharmaceuticals, science and technology to deliver the best results for your individual goals, essentially allowing you to bypass months or even years of effort with a completely safe and healthy approach.

What is Body Optimisation

Improving health, performance and mind-body wellbeing

Body Optimisation is the science of making both the mental and physical aspects of your body perform at their absolute best. Improving sleep, losing weight, maximising lean muscle mass, increasing cognitive function and refining immune system responsiveness are just a few areas that make our bodies faster, stronger, and more resilient.

Why optimise your body?

There are many reasons why people chose to join our body optimisation programme and we have seen incredible results under the careful guidance of Dr David Porter and the Opus team. For some, they simply wish to lose weight when diets and exercise have not worked or have been unsustainable, so they can return to the sport they love. For others, they wish to maintain their physique during a period of immobility – for example, after a surgical procedure or a period of illness or injury.

Motivation is individual – as is the care you receive with Opus.

Our Body Optimisation process produces incredible long-term results and our doctors and specialists are there to support you every step of the way

Testimonial

Body optimisation has been a gamechanger for me. I have lost 20kg in six months, down from a lifetime high of 106kg, without embarking on a strenuous exercise regime and restrictive diet. My cholesterol is now a third of what it was but more importantly I’m sleeping properly for the first time in years, and I have a newfound energy.

Dr David Porter supported me throughout the programme, explained my results in an understandable way and made any adjustments to my regime as necessary. Now, for the first time I feel in control and confident about my health.

I’d recommend Opus body optimisation to anyone who wants to make a positive change, get back into exercise or a sport or just feel better about themselves.
