Dylan Walsh is a HCPC registered Physiotherapist with extensive experience in Strength and Conditioning. Using the latest evidence, his approach is a mixture of functional rehabilitation, manual therapy, and activity-specific tailored programmes to provide the highest quality of care for his patients. Dylan’s philosophy is to enable people of all ages to participate in exercise to promote longevity.

While living in Wales, Dylan worked within the National Indoor Athletics Centre gaining experience as a Sports Injury and Rehabilitation Specialist as a member of the Wales Triathlon medical team. He has also worked as a Strength & Conditioning coach for youth athletes in tennis, football, rugby and athletics focusing on optimising movement patterns for sporting development.

Dylan’s experience allows him to offer individualised running gait analysis for those returning to activity following injury. He is committed to continuing education and currently pursuing further specialised training in bicycle fitting. In his spare time Dylan is very active having previously played professional football in Ireland.

Currently he is an active runner, golfer and cyclist. Dylan is a keen marathon runner and is currently training for his first Triathlon. Alongside this he been an active volunteer for Stroke Association UK, providing neurorehabilitation for men and women following a stroke.
