Ian is our Lead Physiotherapist here at Opus. Since qualifying in 2013, Ian has expansive 

experience working with clients across a variety of industries ranging from elite sport, film and music. With a particular interest in strength and conditioning, Ian focuses his approach on assisting his patients in achieving their goals through a combined treatment approach with the end goal of them staying invested in their own long term physical health management beyond their recovery. 

Ian plays an active role in a number of our services including:

    Gavin brings over 20 years of experience in the health and performance industry, working at the intersection of strength, movement and cognitive health. He has coached a broad range of clients – from high-level executives and performers to individuals recovering from injury – and is known for blending advanced strength and conditioning with corrective exercise and reformer Pilates.

    Gavin’s approach is rooted in precision, performance and long-term wellbeing. Whether helping a client move pain-free, rebuild strength post-injury or optimise their physical and mental performance, his sessions are results-focused and deeply personalised.
