Initial Consultation with Dr. Porter

Review of medical, family, and medication history, full body examination, and goal discussion.

Baseline Blood Tests/DEXA Scan

Includes a full blood count, kidney and liver function tests, cholesterol levels, thyroid, iron, and vitamin profiles, plus a DEXA scan for a detailed breakdown of body composition.

Review Consultation

Analysis of test results and customisation of the programme to meet individual needs.

Functional Movement Assessment

Evaluates mobility, strength, and balance to create a personalised exercise programme.

Physiotherapy Sessions

Choose from a complete package (6 sessions) or an enhanced package (12 sessions), each offering physiotherapy-led strength, conditioning, or Pilates.

Nutritional Consultation

Dietary review and personalised eating plan based on blood test results.

Additional Weekly Time Commitment

Participants should expect to commit 1-2 hours per week to a home-based strength, conditioning, or Pilates programme as advised.
