Kate Webb
MEDICAL SECRETARY
Kate is our Medical Secretary and joined Opus Biological in September 2023.
She has had a varied career from retail management and finance. She also worked with in many areas of the civil service for 15 years, enabling her to understand people and their varying needs.
Kate is often our patients first contact and offers a professional and friendly interaction. She looks after two of our physiotherapists on a day-to-day basis, communicates with patient’s and other medical professionals. She works closely with our Practice Manager Laura to ensure the clinic runs smoothly and patients receive the best care from Opus. Kate is a personable character with empathy for others, which makes her perfect to ensure you will receive the best service during your journey with Opus Biological.
Really easy to get an appointment, everyone in the office from Laura to Kate made sure that I was well supported throughout every step of my time with Opus. It was amazing that different members of the team came into my physio appointment to help me with my injury.
